We are looking for enthusiastic, kind, and welcoming individuals to join our team as part-time bartenders. As a bartender at Trellis Brewing, you will be the face of our brewery, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. Your primary responsibilities will include serving our handcrafted beers, providing excellent customer service, and constantly cleaning and improving every part of Trellis including the bar, taproom, outdoor area and beyond.
We'll serve beer, wine, and cocktails. We are brewer and bartender owned and are internally transparent about the pay scale of all employees and we pay a living wage.
With a food concept in the works, you will be taking food orders, and ensuring folks are enjoying a cold beer and good food.

Responsibilities

Serve beer, wine, cocktails, take food orders, and clean!

Effective communication with guests, fellow bartenders, and kitchen crew.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Bring your A game everyday, and set the tone for the kind of party we're throwing everyday.
Must Have's
- Must be kind.
- Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week.
- A flexible schedule with the ability to cover shifts when needed.
- The drive to pour a perfect pint in a perfectly clean glass.
